After the Refit

At the end of the third book in the Rocket Riders of the 27th Century series the R.S. Honshu goes in for major refit. Her proton cannons have been upgraded to not only be more powerful but to also allow for the barrels to pivot a bit to track a target. She's also been fitted with more powerful neutron rocket engines, all new more aerodynamic fins, and auxiliary fuel tanks.
